5. Make it a Film Week

Spend some time indoors to watch more than 100 Canadian and international films at the Regina International Film Festival and Awards, Aug. 14-18 at the Cineplex Odeon Southland Mall Cinemas. Rub elbows with filmmakers, actors and supporters at the opening reception, Aug. 14 at the Casino Regina Show Lounge, while the awards Ceremony, Aug. 18, also at the show lounge, will celebrate excellence in multiple categories of film worldwide.

6. Catch a Game
